Reinhild Draeger-Muenke, PsyD, LMFT, is a PA-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Since 1990, she has been in full-time independent practice in Philadelphia, working with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan. Many of her patients are struggling with issues of medical and psychological trauma, loss and grief, and are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, and maladaptive behaviors.

Dr. Draeger-Muenke approaches therapy depending on the needs and preferences of the individual patient. She has received extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Structural and Contextual Family Therapy, and Client-Centered Play Therapy. She integrates Clinical Hypnosis into these approaches when appropriate to facilitate healing.

Dr. Draeger-Muenke has been actively involved in Clinical Hypnosis since 1990 and is an Approved Consultant in Clinical Hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH). She has given numerous workshops and trainings on Clinical Hypnosis in the US and in her native Germany. She has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Greater Philadelphia Society of Clinical Hypnosis (GPSCH) as well as the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She is currently serving as Vice-President and Program Chair for GPSCH and as the Moderator of the Board of Governors for ASCH.

In collaboration with her husband, Max Muenke, MD, Dr. Draeger-Muenke has begun to incorporate acupressure into the treatment of her patients, firmly believing in the mind-body and whole-person approach in treating illness and restoring well-being. Together, she and her husband have conducted several workshops and trainings on Acupressure and Hypnosis for health care professionals.
